I almost went with a different orthodontist, but for many reasons I'm glad I chose Wilson's! Honestly, I feel like I've joined a family. The customer service is a whole vibe. "Erika, with a 'k'" (that's my name for her 😁), is so patient, transparent, and straight to the point with finances. Although they already have a healthy clientele, they treat you as if they really want you there. I noticed how Dr. Wilson took his time to speak to each client with a smile and even a genuine laugh every now and then. Y'all, I haven't even told you about the environment! Yes, they have a Game Zone for kids and a play area for small children, BUT the FULL BODY MASSAGE CHAIRS, snacks, and coffee bar while you wait!!! Oh, my goodness! Full body meaning, it doesn't miss your hands, arms, and SHOULDERS! WHAT?!?! My daughters next appt isn't for another month and a half, but they aren't aware I'll be there next week after work 👀 To sum it all up, I love it here!
